The IOED is a worldwide body and fully accredited permanent organization established under a charter and constitutional protocol for the Educational Development (Research & Training), Cultural Relationship and Economic Co-operation, functioning in accordance with the United Nations through the United Nations Convention signed in Vienna between the States on Diplomatic Relations on 18th April, 1961 & on Consular Relations on 24th April, 1963 to establish Internal Court and Force to protect its Mission Offices world-wide like a Sovereign Nation.
It is growing as a multi-issue Think – Tank institution, having undertaken Cognitive Research networking universities and institutions of every Nations supporting a range of development activities world-wide that pave the way towards equality, economic growth, entrepreneurship development, employment opportunities, improved income and better living conditions. It is an organization with global mandates, funded through the contributions from all the nations and also an organization with an international membership with improved scope and presence. Thus, being a Group having members from more than one country, government or non-governmental, profit or non-profit, IOED issue Diplomatic Passport in favour of its Diplomats together with the National Passport with the consent of the member Nations concerned. The International Academy for Social Excellence – IASE is the Development International Institution – DII formed as a Joint Venture Project of the Society for Cognition of Science and Art for Quality – SCOSAQ – the NGO for the Welfare, Sustenance, Livelihood and Economic Development of the Poor Citizens of the Society and the International Organization for Educational Development – IOED to provide quality higher education based on the principles of Cognitive Science of the Universe. Nature had created human beings with utmost care, love and affection like children in family, some children are smart and quick learners and some are weak. It is the duty of the smart and strong children to support their parents in mentoring the weak child to have a healthy family.
