As we come to 107 years of birth of Field Marshal SHFJ Manekshaw,MC, I invite you to listen to a motivating speech by legendary leader, delivered to young officers being commissioned in Indian Army, at Indian Military Acadamy, which I had the honor to witness. It is relevant for everyone with a passion for the country. May I also invite the friends, involved in guiding/ mentoring young generation and HR management, as you may find it interesting.
